These things still creep me out. I think they make excellent Halloween costumes, some of them remind me of a Sasquatch for some reason.
Here's a picture of one I wore on Halloween night a couple of years ago. I hung around the end of the driveway with my Tupperware bowl that I would scrape on the ground near people's feet when they walked by. That was fun.
A little tweaking, and that would make a great swamp monster!

ReplyDeleteIn Salem this year on Halloween, thee was this one house that had a guy wearing one of these suits.
ReplyDeleteThe house wasn't very well lit and he hid on the side of the porch (near the bushes) while someone dressed as Michael Myers would get people's attention...and then the bush came alive and scared the heck out of them :)

A few years back at our local gathering we worked with some geo-cachers to "haunt" the hunt one night. We had a guy in one of those suits right by one of the caches, you could tell every time someone found it, he moved and they screamed!! I can still hear the screaming in my head and it makes me smile :)
