These were all taken the night of November 1st. All of these props were left outside overnight while we received 2 to 3 inches of rain, and they held up pretty good for not being sealed or anything like that. I have some pictures from Halloween night that didn't come out nearly as good, I'll post some of those later. I am so glad I decided to leave the display up for one extra day so that I could get some decent pictures... I usually break it all down on Halloween night so that on the morning of November 1st, all appears to be back to normal.
Thanks! Those are 25 watt G.E. amber colored ceiling fan lights if you're interested. I just put them in those "clamp on" light holders, and painted the back of the light reflector flat black so they weren't as visible.
Beautiful photos!! They look especially striking against the gray sky.
ReplyDeleteThat first photo made me think for a moment that the prop was bigger than the house!
ReplyDeleteAnd I find the one with the vines growing out of his mouth particularly creepy.
Great shots!
Wow, these are great photos. Everything is perfect, the angles, the lighting....and the props. Amazing work.
ReplyDeleteI am glad you left them out to get pictures for us also :)
Glad they held up okay in the rain. They look fantatastic.
Cheers!
Very nice! The sky added to your photos. I really like the color of the lighting. Maybe I should try that color for next year.
