Jacks

Set some of the display back up after the hurricane blew through, and took a few pictures tonight. I hope you all have a Happy Halloween!
More surprises coming soon!

Hallocane / Frankenstorm

We are right on the line of needing to go to the liquor store and totally screwed. Go away, Sandy.

Edit: I just noticed that picture says "2010" on it, so maybe there is some hope. :)

Boom!

I thought I was doing good when I found some Pumpkin Spice Eggo's, with 8 in each box... Until tonight. 48 in one box! :)

Candy Fears...

One of my biggest fears is running out of candy on Halloween night, so I usually buy enough to have quite a bit left over. This year I decided to cut back.

I'm sure I will panic and end up buying more before the big night. :)

Lynchburg Zombie Walk

We participated in the 2nd Annual Lynchburg Zombie Walk last night, and had a pretty good time. It was a charity event for our local food bank and dog park. Saw some pretty awesome zombies and other interesting characters. It was good to see so many people in our area who were interested in doing something like this, especially so many smaller children. You'll see my family walk by at about the 4:32 mark, starting with my 12 year old, then my wife in a red dress behind him dragging our 3 and 4 year old zomblets. I think the camera was more focused on the zombie Tigger when I went by. :) Family Photo...

Zombie

This is a profile of a zombie prop I made last year, it will be recycled into something else this year. I still need to take a few decent pictures of it sometime.

Boards

Sometimes I get questions about how I board up my windows... it's pretty easy really. I just made a square frame the size of the window, attached random boards to that frame, and it hangs to the trim around the window with J hooks that are screwed into the back. It's a pretty cheap and very creepy looking addition to any haunt.
